Community Interest Company · UK
ADEX Learning & Skills CIC works alongside parents, learners, volunteers and funders to deliver education and skills support that meets young people exactly where they are.
Who we are
ADEX Learning & Skills CIC is a Community Interest Company dedicated to improving education, skills, confidence and future opportunities for young people and adults.
We provide accessible learning and development opportunities for people who may need additional academic support, career guidance, employability skills or practical assistance to progress into further education, apprenticeships, university or employment.
Our programmes include the ADEX Maths Club, academic support, career and employability support, CV and interview preparation, job application support, and music training. We aim to create a supportive environment where learners can develop their knowledge, build confidence and gain practical skills that can make a positive difference to their education, careers and lives.
Community Interest Company
Our activities are delivered for community benefit. Any surplus generated by ADEX is reinvested into developing our programmes, improving learning resources and increasing access to education and skills-development opportunities.
Our Mission
To provide accessible education, skills development and employability support that enables young people and adults to improve their confidence, achievement and future opportunities.
What we do
Our programmes are built around real gaps we see — in confidence, in skills, and in access — not a fixed curriculum handed down from somewhere else.
ADEX Maths Club
The ADEX Maths Club provides supportive and structured Mathematics tuition for children and young people who want to improve their mathematical knowledge, confidence and academic performance. The club is designed to complement school learning and provide additional support in areas where learners may be experiencing difficulties.
Sessions may include:
Our aim is to make Mathematics easier to understand, build learners' confidence and help them develop strong problem-solving skills.

Our Career & Employability Support Programme helps young people and adults develop the knowledge, confidence and practical skills they need to move towards employment, apprenticeships, training or further education. We understand that finding the right career pathway can sometimes be difficult — our programme provides practical guidance and individual support to help participants understand their options and take positive steps towards their future.
Support may include:
Our goal is to help participants become more confident, better prepared and better equipped to access education, training and employment opportunities.

Learning music can help develop creativity, discipline, concentration, confidence and self-expression. Group music activities can also encourage teamwork, communication and positive social interaction while providing young people with constructive and enjoyable activities outside school.
Register Your Interest in Music TrainingWho we support
We work primarily with children and young people who need extra support to keep pace — whether that's academic, emotional, or practical. But we know a young person doesn't exist in isolation, so our work reaches their parents, carers and wider community too.
Learners who've fallen behind and need to rebuild confidence, not just catch up on content
Families who want a trusted, transparent partner — not a faceless tutoring company
Communities where access to consistent, quality support has been limited
